The 64-year-old Norwegian OLAV NILS SUNDE and his partner had their iphone 6 stolen at BKK. The thieves were arrested at a guesthouse near Olympic market. They were busted with meth too. https://jongruk.com/archives/23778

it always baffles me how the coppers can find who these thieves are, did their phone have gps or something?

As with the bag with 20k in it from yesterday, I suspect the cops know who is where and just grab then if it's convenient ($). Or maybe those cctv cameras are helping out...

Saw this on TV at the gym this morning. Funny if he really is a ship magnate of some kind.

These thieves and the ones that robbed the NGO woman a couple of days ago had just gotten out of prison. It sounds like the competent authorities know where these people are staying after they get out, and they just pay them a visit and chances are they find stolen stuff or meth.
