Fake beer destroyed

Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

I don't care, I'm on about my 8th can of Cambodia on ice this evening, a few out with local mates, a few at home. It's just piss, but it's no worse than a lot of the crap sold all over the world. It's hot here, and I get bored of the taste of water pretty quickly.

San Miguel is fucking piss, if we are pointing the finger at shitty beer. Tiger's pretty good, as draught Asian lager goes. I've not tried the light one, because I am not a giant nancy. I'm mostly drinking Tanglefoot at the moment, as it's 5% and 8 cans for £9 in Tesco's. Does give you a bit of sailing breeze the next day, though. The lager in Cambodia is pretty grim, it needs to be ice-cold in an ice-cold glass so you can't taste it. I tend to drink Angkor as it's got a sharper taste than Anchor. As stout goes ABC is ok, compared to Black Panther and that other Chinese one.

It's funny you should post that, given the general themes on the forum, as GradeAunderA is a failed maths teacher. He got fired under difficult circumstances such that people still troll him about it.

This. And as far as all the beer "experts" go: a game I played a few times was having people who thought that they knew every beer blind-taste. Results were interesting as pretty much everybody did pretty badly when it came to telling apart cold lagers which in reality all taste pretty same-sameish.

Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.
