Hate to admit this but I actually agree with Trapper on this one, beer in Cambodia is absolute piss. I normally have 3-5 beers MAX before I have to move onto something else, normally vodka and red bull

Most Cambodian beer is terrible, Thai is not much better. Viet beer...some good brands

Klang stout was by far the best stout I have ever tasted, German friend of mine bought 2 cases to take back to Germany... but discontinued for some reason

well you can tell real easy when you pour your own drinks and the spirit tastes like water.
you have to buy from known good suppliers.
here is a asimple test, heat a tablespoon gently in a flame until warm, pour in the spirit and try and light it. if it burns, there is your proof, at least 80.

the original proof involved black powder but you will have to settle for a warm spoon unless you go to Laos or Chiang Rai.

Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) – alcohol is already addictive with some people, but with MSG?! Holy smokes.

GMO Sugars – Dextrose, Corn Syrup

Caramel Coloring (Class III or IV made from ammonia and classified as a carcinogen)

FD&C Blue 1 (Made from petroleum, linked to allergies, asthma and hyperactivity)
