all depends on where ur spending ur time and where the test was done.

I know many thai's their reading and writing is very good ,speaking not so much. All about face and pronouncing the words wrong or incorrect sentence structure an having a Farang look down on them cause of it.

Not just Thais. I understand a lot of Vietnamese but have real trouble speaking it.
