A Sihanoukville expat with only 482 days of overstay? I feel like he deserves some sort of outstanding citizen award.

I'm sure he has a perfectly good explanation for his over stay.
Maybe he was robbed and been living on the streets for 482 days.

Update: This was posted yesterday on social media. Good news for him. He doesn't look very healthy in those photos. Sometimes it's just time to leave.
Eddie was running the Cider Shack until earlier this year, but with no WP, no visa, and then no restaurant, things were bound to get difficult.
Safe home then. It could be worse.
