what about the fact we never hear about mainland europeans doing this kind of shit ?

i've never read or heard about one of my countryman ending up in deep shit in south east asia because he was drunk, and don't think other euros don't drink a lot as actually they can drink many brits under the table, and yet they know their limits or know that it's not wise to get too much wasted in a third world country.

Thing is that we know nothing about the case and we do not know what exactly has happened, but I DO KNOW that certain locals show a tendency for immense aggression and that they have pleasure to beat up foreigners for no reason. Insofar I think that certain posts on this thread were made too hastily.

yes i know this case but the guy is a fraudster, not a drunk seeking troubles.

and since i read the Pattaya One too take a look how many of their articles are about drunken brits/scots/irish/aussie/yanks/canucks, you won't find many about french, germans, spanish, italians, scandinavians, dutch, etc ... i mean they're not saints either but there's a big disproportion between "anglos" and euros if you're serious about numbers and stats.

Francis, I am not prepared to have another Hitler...this country is fragile enough as it is already. Khmers are open people and they tolerate a lot of shits from foreigners...don't push it.
