Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A drunk naval officer created a surprise at 1:30am on July 14, 2021 in the brand new 18 restaurant 2, OCIC Street, Sangkat Chroy Changva, Khan Chroy Changva, Phnom Penh, when he pulled out a gun while drinking.
According to the police, the man was named Lay Sakorn, over 30 years old, a naval officer with the rank of Commander of the 1st Squadron of the Naval Island Defense Command.

Sources from the owner of 18 restaurant said that before the incident, the man, along with another friend, sat down to eat in his restaurant while drinking alcohol. Suddenly, the officer pulled out a K59 pistol from his waist, put it on the table, and loaded it with ammunition, frightening the server, who ran to tell the owner that there was a loaded gun and he was afraid something might happen to the people in the shop. The shop owner contacted the Chroy Changva district authorities to intervene at the scene immediately.

After the police arrived, they questioned the shop owner and the gun owner, and then arrested the man who owned the gun and took him to the Chroy Changva District Police Inspectorate for further interrogation. Meanwhile, the man's friend had quietly left the scene.

That weapon looks like it was made from melted down woks in someone's backyard.

Mish's buddy?

Yeah, those Glock shirts are a signal to not tell any jokes because the tough guys are around.
Now, a motodope friend here who is 74 years old will break that rule even at stop lights in traffic when behind a tough guy with a glock shirt. Of course he has earned the right and even I laugh out loud because when they turn around and see him we are immune to further investigation and the tough guys lighten up a bit.
