Drunk Nigerian Driver Wipes Out Moto: 1 Dead and 2 Badly Injured

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On December 19, 2019, at 5:30 pm, a car smashed into a motorbike, killing one person and gravely injuring another two on Psar Dey Hoy bridge, Sangkat Teuk Thlar, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.
The driver of the car, a 36-year-old Nigerian man, GWUSI PRINCE NSE, was detained for questioning.

The police reported that the car was driving very fast and the driver was very drunk. His alcohol rate was 0.92Mg/L.
Mr. Horn Sokhemren, the judge of Phnom Penh court, ordered the detention of the Nigerian man.

I've had some rough wake-ups before, but as yet I have never killed anybody. RIP to the victim.

Throw the book at him anyone driving drunk these days is responsible for their actions being pissed is not an excuse
