Drunk Expat Crashes On Mao Tse Toung Blvd Near Russian Market
Phnom Penh: Last week a foreigner, who is presumed to be an expat and drunk, crashed his motorbike into the road barrier, knocking himself out.
An ambulance was called, and when he woke up, he refused to get inside.
Police took him to the station to let him sober up before going home.
