Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On June 24, 2019, at 11 pm, a 47-year-old man, Eng Sovannara, the Deputy Director of the Anti-drug Department, was detained by police after firing off 11 shots with an AK gun into a laundry shop at Sangkat Teuk Thlar, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The victim was identified as Song Sona, 34-year-old, the owner of the Modern laundry shop.
The suspect drove a Hyundai Static car plate no. PP2X-9509 to the laundry shop to see the victim. Seeing that it was shut up, the suspect took an AK gun and fired 11 shots into the shop. The guy really needed his laundry. (True, look at that shirt.)John Bingham wrote: ↑Wed Jun 26, 2019 12:13 amNobody said that. He was just a bit excited on music and actually he dindu nuffin.
Respectable officer absolutely needs a clean white shirt to wow karaoke girls or his mistress that night. He was supposed to pick up his shirt at 6pm, but got delayed having a few drinks with friends. (As you do.)
Guy turns up at the laundry at 11pm. The bastard is closed. Shit, no shirt. I rest my case.

Police officer held after shooting
Sen Sok district police on Monday arrested an anti-drug police officer working with the Ministry of Interior after he allegedly got drunk and shot at a civilian at home with a mother and daughter inside as he sought revenge over a case from the past.
Cap Savuth said that Ms Sona and her 12-year-old daughter were inside the house during the shooting, while noting that no one was injured. However, the suspect broke the windows and other properties in the house, he added.
Cap Savuth said that police moved to arrest the suspect in his home at about 11pm on the same evening and seized an AK-47 rifle along with 12 unused bullets as well as one car from him.
Cap Savuth added that police conducted drug and alcohol tests, which came back negative for drug use but recorded a 0.71 percent of alcohol level.
Colonel Hour Mengvang, chief of Sen Sok district police, yesterday said that the suspect is accused of attempted premeditated murder and illegal use of weapons.
