If George Foreman and Don King had a child, he'd be it.

Looking at his face, i'd say his last fight was last Saturday night.
Or is that puffy face just the booze?

Clearly not a man to be trusted or in charge..Perfect then. We all await his next F... U.. Setting a example for all.
Sack him fine him and take him off the gravy train ...Oh and how much did he contribute to the coffers of the poor traffic cop.
I must admit I admire the traffic cops balls for booking this man in the first place!

I was a bit confused there by the uniform, but it turns out he's not the deputy governor, he's the Russei Keo deputy police chief[/b]. And he wasn't drunk, it was some of his friends.

According to a police report, Chan Pov, Russey Keo district deputy police chief, allegedly issued the death threat against Ly Rozath, the district traffic police chief, who arrested three men for driving under the influence of alcohol on Monday night. The report said Mr Pov intervened in the case and ordered Mr Rozath to immediately release the three men, who were his friends.
