Drunk Chinese Driver Fires a Gun on Koh Pich

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): Two Chinese nationals fired a weapon near the night market in Koh Pich city, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkar Mon, causing surprise to the security and the authorities. They were immediately arrested and sent to Chamkar Mon District Police Inspectorate for processing at 9:10 pm on March 28, 2021.

According to security sources in the Koh Pich city center, two Chinese men were first seen driving a black ALPHARD, with Phnom Penh number plate 2AN-1333, near the night market. They say that the driving was erratic and aggressive; the driver appeared to be drunk.
One of the men then shot off a firearm at random, and fortunately, it did not hit anyone. Meanwhile, the Chinese perpetrator continued to drive up and down the area of ​​Koh Pich and also hit the barricade of the security guards, who called the police.

The car was stopped and the two men were captured and arrested by the security guards and Chamkarmon district police.

Can't a couple of guys who are pissed tear around the streets in thier car , firing shots out the window with out being hassled by the police , whats the world coming too :please:

^ The Chinese are not the only ones in Cambodia who like to drive around in big cars and fire off guns when they get pissed.
