Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On January 24, 2020, a teenage girl became crazy and ran out of the hotel, crying and screaming, in Sangkat 4, Sihanouville. People suspected that she was having a drug overdose. The hotel security guards had to restrain her and they sent for the police.

After that, the lieutenant Long Kimhour, director of the department of anti-drug in Sihanoukville, led the police force to arrest four people at the hotel, three teenage KTV girls and a Chinese man.

The suspects were identified as Srun Sothalin, a 19-year-old girl, Suth Rothanak, a 19-year-old girl, Ny Neangtouch, a 19-year-old girl, and a Chinese man, Nan Kai, 25 years old, a hotel worker.

The police found a mixture of drugs in the room with the accused, and they confiscated 2,3 grams of drugs, two pills of Ketamine for 1,66 grams, six green pills for 2,82 grams, four marijuana cigarettes, and a phone. The police are preparing the cases for court.

I just see it as a party of druggies. There's no evidence that the Chinese guy was somehow coercing her.
