Kampong Speu, Cambodia News: On November 04, 2018, two suspects, Khem Khoy, 25-year-old, and Porn Veasna, 18-year-old, were detained after buying drugs from the son of the Mey Mey guesthouse owner.

On being questioned by police, the suspects confessed that they bought drugs from a man named Sam Ya, 29-year-old, a son of Mey Mey KTV and guesthouse. The police went to Mey Mey guesthouse, but the suspect had already run away.

In total, 14 people were detained in the drug raid, including 8 KTV women, the owner of the guesthouse, and some customers. After drug testing, the 6 people who used drugs were identified as Noeun Sreyleak, 26-year-old woman, Sok Penh, 25 year old woman, Chet da, 30 year old woman, Von Sokna, 18 year old boy, Thok Seng, 24 year old boy, Porn Mithona, 19 year old boy, Sean Mao, 25 year old man, and Heang Chan, 24 year old man. 5 KTV women and the owner were tested as clean.

The police confiscated four packets of methamphetamine, four motorbikes, and two phones. The drug dealer, Sam Ya, is being sought by police.
