Drug Addict Rapist Kills a 13yo Boy and Drops The Body in The River

Cambodia Breaking News (Takeo): A 27-year-old man, Hun Tola, a drug addict, was arrested after killing a boy and dropping the body in the river in Tropeang Krosang village, Koh Andeth district, Takeo. The victim was Try Kakkada, 13-years-old.

The police said the suspect became crazy after using excessive drugs. He took a knife to slice the victim's throat to death. After that, he took the body and threw it in the river.

The suspect and the evidence were sent to the police station for case preparation.

Edit: Later news says that the boy was murdered after he witnessed the suspect committing a sexual assault.

As an aside, any ideas why the news source would pixel the suspect's ankles ? I suppose it wasn't done by CEO.

Perhaps they are old style manacles, the same as the ones used in the colonial period and every period since? They don't like to show them as they are often seen as relating to the Khmer Rouge period.

a Story witch sounds too stupid to be true:

Child Witness Murdered to Cover up Rape

On the 19th of May in Takeo Province a 13 year old boy observed his 27 year old male neighbor sexually assaulting a female.

Approximately 1 hour later the male neighbor called the child to go fishing with him. Once at the fishing pond, located approximately 300m from the boy’s residence the offender produced a machete like weapon, attacked the child and threw his body into the pond. The offender then covered the body with fishing nets and returned to his home.

The female victim of the sexual assault had witnessed the suspect leave with the boy and fearing for the child, went to investigate. She discovered the boy’s shoes near the pond then went and alerted police and relatives. At about 15.30 on the same day the child’s body was located.

CPU and Crime Scene experts attended and conducted a forensic examination of the child and scene. The offender was arrested at his home address and the murder weapon recovered.

The man later made a full confession to both the sexual assault and murder of the child.

CPU was again fortunate to have visiting Forensic Pathologist Ray Kiwran to assist in the investigation.

Another tragic loss of life RIP.

Poor kid. What a horrific ordeal. Nothing worse than crimes like this against innocent kids. I don't believe in capital punishment, but reading shit like this is testing my beliefs immensely.

The only way I can justify not having this c**t killed is if he faces such extreme torture every day for the rest of his natural life that he decides to end it all himself.
