Dog Crossing The Road Kills a Drunk Man in Kandal

Cambodia News (Kandal): On November 1, 2020, a 34-year-old man, Chem Sophat, died after hitting a dog that was crossing the road in Chroy Ksach, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal.

Before the incident, the victim was driving his motorbike at high speed when he went to overtake a car and hit a dog that was crossing the road. The motorbike fell over, and the victim's head hit the ground, killing the man instantly.

After the incident, the police checked the accident and took the vehicle to keep at the police station. They said that the victim was drunk, and as a result, he wasn't being careful while driving.The body was returned to the family for funeral preparation.
