Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On September 16, 2019, at 9:30 pm, the Department of Human Trafficking and Minor Protection, following the order no.096 of Mrs. Seu Vanny, the prosecutor of Phnom Penh court, raided Orchid massage shop on street 1986, Sangkat Phnom Penh Thmei, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh. The massage parlor was suspected of being a front for sexual services.

As a result, police arrested 37 people, including three managers, four staff members, one security guard, 23 massage ladies(including 2 minors), as well as six customers. They were all sent to the Department of Human Trafficking and Minor Protection for questioning following the procedure.

I've seen 10,000 Riel on a lot of Massa signs and maybe I remember 5000 Riel being on the signs but this one hour free I've never heard of.

Police conduct raid on Orchid massage parlour

Thirty-seven people, including three minors, were detained after Phnom Penh Municipal Police and the Department of Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection raided the Orchid massage parlour in Sen Sok district’s Phnom Penh Thmey commune on Monday.

The 27-room massage parlour is believed to have offered sexual services 24 hours a day for between $30 and $50, a police report said.

Among the detainees are 23 women, three managers, four staff, a security guard and six clients. The minors were between the ages of 16 and 17 years old, according to the police report.

Phnom Penh: On September 19, 2019, Anti-Human Trafficking and Juvenile Protection authorities sent three Cambodian male nationals to the Phnom Penh Court of First Instance, charged under Article 25 of the Law against Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation.

The three men were managers of the Orchid Massage Parlor: Theang Chanthen, a 21-year-old, Vorn Sarom, also 21, and Soeung Tan, 28 years old.
Two underage females aged 16 and 17 were found to be working as sex workers on the premises.

A man has died while having a massage at another Orchid Massage parlor in Phnom Penh.

Cambodia Breaking News, Phnom Penh: Old Man Dies After Orchid Massage
An elderly man died on arrival at hospital around 16:25 pm September 26, 2019, after visiting the "Orchid" massage parlor, located at # 37, Street 592, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.

A Boeung Kak Lake police officer said that the deceased was identified as Van Morn, a 75-year-old Cambodian national. # 11, Street 347, Village 3, Boeung Kak 1, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh.
Sources at the scene say that the victim came in for a massage, but shortly after the massage began he had problems breathing and his hands and feet were suddenly bruised. The massage lady called the security guard who took the victim to the emergency department at the hospital, but the man died soon after arrival.

According to a member of the family, Vann Sophanny, the son of the deceased, his father had high blood pressure.He was taking blood pressure medication regularly but was living alone.
According to the examination by Dr Nong Sovannruth, Phnom Penh Forensic Trainer and Office of Police, Technology and Science of Phnom Penh Police, the victim had died of a heart attack (possibly from hypertension).
The body has now been handed over to the family for a traditional funeral service at Wat Phnom.
