Daring Escape from Odar Meanchey Courthouse

Odar Meanchey, Cambodia News: On September 20, 2018, at 09:40 am, a 33-year-old prisoner, Tem Toun, charged for theft and using drugs, ran away to escape when the police took him to appear in the Odar Meanchey courthouse.

Mr. So Phanny, director of the Odar Meanchey prison, said the prisoner was taken under escort to the upstairs court room for the announcement of his verdict at Odor Meanchey court, when suddenly, the prisoner jumped from the courtroom window and made his escape. The guards and police officers were unable to catch him, and the suspect is still at large, sought by police.

Apparently there was a study using cameras stuck on some glasses to work out where people's eyes were looking during social interactions. Apparently men look at everything's genitals first, whatever the target - humans or animals.
