Customer Stabbed After Beating Up KTV Woman
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On July 23, 2019, at 1:30 am, an unidentified man was seriously injured after a retaliation attack by KTV staff in Sangkat Katab1, Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh.
Before the incident, the victim took a tuk-tuk to the KTV to drink and have fun. But while he was there, he lost his phone, so he accused a KTV hostess of stealing his phone and he beat her unconscious. After that, the aggressor was running out of the KTV trying to escape, when one of the KTV staff took a knife and stabbed him. That stopped him in his tracks and he was severely injured. The police arrived at the scene and called the ambulance to take the man to the hospital.

A quick question -- is it normal in PP for people to just stand around looking at a guy in this situation, I assume waiting for the ambulance to arrive? I gather people don't want to get involved?

Harsh but fair?
Beating a woman unconscious is pretty low, even if she did steal your precious iPhone.
Perhaps the staff weren't physically able to beat him up but decided to mess him up nonetheless. Thank god nobody has guns in this country!
