Cunning Plan of Drugs Disguised as Candy Does Not Fool the Police
In a burst of inspired imagination, a drug dealer thought he would fool the police by disguising his packets of drugs as candies and 100 riel note packages. However, that did not fool the competent authorities at all.

Cambodia News (Kampong Speu): On December 25, 2019, Lieutenant Yos Dina, commander of Phnom Srouch district, led the police force to arrest a 21-year-old man, Seng Saroeun, a truck driver, for drug trafficking in Phnom Srouch district, Kampong Speu.
The police confiscated 195 packs of drugs which were disguised as candy and packed in 100 riel notes, 21 smoking pipes, a phone, 2 rings, 1 necklace, 1 bracelet, some money 75,000 riel, and some plastic bags.

The suspect was sent to Kampong Speu police station to follow the legal action.

I wonder if you can retrofit those pipes for the holy herb... hmm, there's a market here for a glassblower. We don't need Chihuly, just the basics.
