Cow Crossing Road Kills Teenager on a Motorbike

Kampong Speu, Cambodia News: On April 04,2019, at 01:20 pm, a motorbike carrying two people crashed into a cow that was crossing the road at Wat Phnom village, Odong district, Kampong Speu.

An 18-year-old boy, Choeun Ratanak, died in the accident, and a 19-year-old boy, Chea Chenda, was slightly injured and taken to hospital for treatment.

Its flat and cows are not generally known for making rapid lane changes. Would look more like the rider was not paying attention to road hazards and travelling too fast. See a cow, slow right down

I thought cows were sacred and weren’t allowed to be shot at with RPGs or run over by cars or bikes.
