Since 2009? Visas from 2009 have only taken up about 7 pages in my passport (living here fulltime).

I find the Phnom Penh Post's avoidance of this story to be troubling. Whilst I hold the local print media in no high regard, I am alarmed that they have not seen fit to report it, especially as myself and others have contacted them with details regarding Ceulen (starting on the day of his conviction) on several occasions. It would seem that if he had opened a bar, or altered a dumpling menu, he would have featured prominently in their pages. I understand that there may reasons for this, but it would seem at this late stage that either ineptitude or a lack of fortitude may explain this eerie silence. Surely a quick way of locating him would be to report his crimes and press for an arrest ( I'd have thought that was relatively obvious).
If Mr Ceulen thinks his money and influence are going to allow this to blow over, or that he can cow people into silence, he can think again.
I will, of course, be happy to be proved wrong by the "intrepid" staff of the Post in the coming days.
