I for one am outraged disgraceful behavior, hopefully gets swiftly dealt with like those western kids in Siem Reap.

The Karaoke Coloso KTV was closed on the 23rd of February, 2018 , located at # 17, Street 360, Boeung Keng Kang III, Khan Chamkar Morn.

However, it was reopened on 1 March, following an inspection by a team composed of representatives of the Phnom Penh municipal governor, the tourism authority, the deputy prosecutor of Phnom Penh municipal court, and various local authorities and subordinates.
After a joint committee viewed and verified the video that was shown on facebook, they established that it was taken in Room 501 of the Coloso Karaoke.

The district governor issued a warning to all karaoke clubs not to allow any sort of pornography on their premises, or they will be closed down immediately by the local authorities.
