Chroy Changva Mayor in a Lexus Upset at Chinese Men Who Crashed Into Him in Phnom Penh

CAMBODIA NEWS: On 15 August 2017, a Lexus 570, unknown registration number, owned by Chroy Changva District Mayor was damaged by a Land Cruiser with registration number Phnom Penh 2P-4288 driven a couple of drunk Chinese men near Phnom Penh Hotel.

According to the Mayor, Klang Hout Facebook post, his car was sitting still aside from the sideway, somehow, the Chinese men accelerated their car and crashed into the back of his car causing critical damages. The Mayor criticized the irresponsible behaviors of the Chinese men by saying that Chinese in Cambodia must obey the Cambodian’s Laws. Tragic could have happened if his was not there.

Was on the television this morning. It's a pity that crimes such has the pregnant lady who was shot by the policeman don't have the same publicity.
