4 in the front, 6 in the back and 3 in the boot.
Seems they were heading for Bavet - could be for work, or could be they were heading for the Vietnam border ?

They have apparently been quarantined. What the fuck they were up to is the big question. There have been a crazy amount of these "foreigners" caught diving around recently. Look at the mess it's caused but the onslaught continues.

they seem to be coming out of the woodwork
were they actually in the car?
in any case bavet area itself, not just the border, seems a popular destination, from past reports

someone should check the internet traffic from there
even just the volume
just sayin

Let's include the Cambodian driver that has not been mentioned yet. So that's 5 in the front.

Once got in one of those myself, at the market place in Preah Vihear, thinking a bit of luxury from the norm. Like always you wonder when you are going to be leaving. They always seem to be on the phone to someone who is late. Yes it was the first and only time I had sheared the driver's seat. Consultation after 30klm most of the passengers were dropped off and I had the rear seat to myself. Best thing to do is lay down and close your eyes.
Always "hope" but never "expect".
