About time the locals woke up to this thieving bunch. I guess they're too use to seeing weirdos in the city to do anything about it, so it took some provincials to question the authenticity of this guy.

I must have seen that guy at least 100 times along the river or the side streets. I see them hitting on foreigners but also have seen Khmer giving them dough too, as recently as last night.
I dunno, but sponging of Khmer seems low to me.
I'd love to see the last of them and the damn Filipino scammers.

What Could Be the Legal Action for the Chinese Monk?
Sihanoukville: According to Koh Santepheap Daily New, around 08:40 pm on 20 April 2016, the immigration police arrested a Chinese monk who was collecting alms along Ocheteal Beach. He was bothering both local and international visitors and they reported about him to the local authority. He was causing anarchy in the public.
The Chinese monk named Li Sihu. His visa is valid until 22 July 2016. He was sent to department of immigration for further legal action.
