Just to clarify, this psycho DID hurt two people. One poor woman pushing a sugar cane cart was his first victim. Then a police officer tried to disarm him and got a deep wound. That's why they beat the crap out of him.

"well they're not sending their best" - trump
all jokes aside seems like such a shit position to be in for all those living Cambodia, whilst the Chinese invasion has meant a much needed investment in infrastructure, its seems like a lot of locals and expats are getting the shit end of the stick, and some of the things that make Cambodia special are changing for the worse... will be making a return trip late next year, will be interesting to see how things will have changed in the space of 2 years

$200 as tokens.
What does that mean?
Did they give him all the winners from their beer cans?

The "berserk" man has been identified as Chinese national, JIN CHUN, 37 years old.
Police officer Mao Samnang was cut on his forearm while attempting to subdue the slasher.
A woman sugarcane seller, Meas Saly Seven, 70, also received treatment after she was cut on the ear.
