Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On February 06, 2019,at 1:30 am, two suspects rode up on a motorbike and snatched an iPhone from a Chinese man near Amazon cafe on street 217, Sangkat Tomnup, Phnom Penh.

Following a report of the incident, the police went to the scene, but the victim didn't want to file a complaint. He and his companion took a PassApp tuk-tuk back to their hotel.
