Chinese man crashed multiple road barriers

Phnom Penh: According to Dap News, around 9:50 pm on 13 August, 2015, in front of the ministry of national defense located in Sras Chak commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh, there was a car accident. A Chinese man drove to Ford to crash multiple road barriers.
According to the witness, around 9:00 pm, he saw a black Ford car with the number plate 2w-2100 driven by a Chinese man and accompanied by his other 4 friends. The car was heading from the earth to the west. Then when the car arrived the place in front of the ministry of national defense, it was swerved and hit road barriers.

He (witness) continued, after the accident, he didn’t stop the car. He kept going. He made it about 100 meters until the car stopped working. Having seen this, the security guard and police who were guarding at the gate of the ministry chased them and caught them and waited for the traffic police to come to deal with them related to the compensation of the damage.

I think the road is a bit dark and narrow, but we need to slow down because it's near under construction buildings. But I often saw Chinese men drove cars crazily. Fortunately, I left there before it appened.

The car was heading from the earth to the west.
Maybe he was heading for heaven.

Good to see that the expats crashing their cars drunk come from such a diverse background. So far this month: French, Nigerian, Chinese, an unidentified Barang (what happened to that story) and it is only the 14th.....
