Chinese Man Arrested for Theft in Battambang
Battambang, Cambodia News: On June 6, 2019, a Chinese national was sent to the provincial court in connection with the theft of money from a vendor at Heng Thang Market, Phnom Proek district, Battambang province.
Police said that the Chinese national, named LUO DENGLIANG, a 54-year-old male with no real occupation and homeless, stole US$50 from the victim, Nop Chanthou, a female 40-year-old Battambang woman. The thief was nabbed in the act at the market and detained until the police arrived.
