Chinese scammers are caught in 6 months of committing the crime and deported.

Khmer scammers are caught much faster after committing the crime and sent to Prey Sar.

Barang (aka foreigner) scammers (aka James Whitlow), take over 2 years to catch. With a great many scammed. Yet gets bailed out.

Do the cops have a double or triple standard in catching crooks? White lives matter more than others and allowed free to roam longer?

Random musings.

I’ll put my tin foil hat back on, now.

What do you think happens when they get back to the PRC? My guess would be jail and then a low social credit score which will prevent them ever traveling abroad again.
Silence, exile, and cunning.
