Chinese Man Arrested for Poipet Restaurant Kidnapping

Cambodia News (Banteay Meanchey): On December 28, 2019, at 4:20 pm, Poipet police collaborated with Chinese police in the arrest of a Chinese man, LYU YULONG, for aggravated assault and kidnapping at Ping Koichan Chinese restaurant in Kbal Spean village, Poipet, Banteay Meanchey.

The suspect has been sent to the Anti-Trafficking Department.
