Chinese Man Arrested for Stealing 18 Passports at Phnom Penh Guesthouse

Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On April 10, 2019, a 21-year-old Chinese man, Li SHENGYUN, was arrested after stealing 18 passports at Anda guesthouse in Khan Porsenchey, Phnom Penh.
The victim was identified as Ling Xiang, a 35-year-old Chinese woman, the guesthouse owner. The police confiscated the 18 passports and returned them to the owner. The suspect was detained at the police station for questioning.

I can see the point in stealing 18 toilet rolls, if you lived in shitsville, but stealing Chinese passports ,,,, wheres the value in that ?
Cambodia,,,, Don't fall in love with her.
Like the spoilt child she is, she will not be happy till she destroys herself from within and breaks your heart.

Real passports with forged photos pass the surface sniff tests better than fake ones and are highly prized in the black market forgery business would be my guess.

Or maybe I just watch too many Mission Impossible type movies.
