Sihanoukville: On July 13 at 12 am, 2 groups of 5 Chinese men attacked another Chinese man at White Sand Palace Hotel in Sihanoukville.

According to witnesses, the two Chinese groups arrived at the casino by car and by tuk tuk. They proceeded to attack the lone Chinese man, and beat him up badly.

Police arrived at the scene to rescue the victim, and arrested five members of the attacking gang, while the others ran off. All the suspects were detained at the police station.
