Coincidentally, just last month, a group of young people were busted for using drugs in a police raid at the same address: The Bridge in Tonle Basac, Chamkar Mon District, Phnom Penh.

I'm wondering, how many foreign deaths in Cambodia are now attributed to: 'heart attack'? 99% probably?

Cambodian police, also known by their nickname 'competent authorities' are making themselves totally ridiculous and in any case not competent at even the lowest level, by labeling every death as a 'heart attack'.

In essence of course we all die of a 'heart attack' in the sense that the heart stops beating, but there are many different reasons for that and it might be interesting to know such a reason.

However, the 'competent' 'police' 'authorities' think differently, and of course the Khmer think they're right, because they're always right, because they're competent, and police, and authorities.
