Those pesky Chinese are stealing Cambodian Hi-Tech Weaponry nowadays.
Bit of a change from when they were looting Chinoukville with their spanking automatics (before Ironman and Babyface booted them out).
This chap decided to hack up a local in a mango orchard, before being surrounded by a mob.
Luckily for him, the cops showed up before he was mauled.
I hear upon release he will be opening a new factory to mass produce his 'little friend'
