Chinese Driver Detained for Killing Motorcyclist in Sihanoukville
Cambodia News (Sihanoukville): On the evening of September 2, 2020, at 8 pm, a Chinese man drove his car into a motorbike in front of the Total petrol station in Sangkat 4, Sihanoukville.
The motorcyclist was killed instantly, and the Chinese car driver was detained by the authorities during the investigation.
The police went to check the accident scene and towed away both vehicles to the police station for inspection.
