Two heavily loaded trucks could not avoid each other on NR3 resulting in both vehicles being wiped out in a mangle.

The drivers sadly died on the spot - RIP

It would probably help if,
1 They stopped trying to overtake everything that they approach from behind that is doing 2mph slower.
2Looked at where they were going.
3 Took the time to drive within their limits and took into account the conditions. ( Pitch black, raining etc).
There are more but can't be bothered to write them all down.

I have seen a fair few traffic accidents since I have been here but apart from the local coppers here in Siem Reap who at one time had a tow truck which I haven't seen for nearly 12 months that is the only towing vehicle I've noticed. How do they clear truck wrecks etc?
