Before the incident, a Lexus car 470, plate PP 2BA-1902, was parked in the airport carpark, when suddenly, there was smoke and fire at the front of the vehicle. The police and the airport security guards took extinguishers to put out the fire, and a fire truck was called as back-up. The fire was quickly extinguished before it could spread, and nobody was hurt.
