With Rainsy’s scheduled return, Chhay Eang said the CNRP’s 55 lawmakers had been banned from travelling outside of the capital, unless they had “urgent obligations” they had to attend to.

. There is no winning situation. HE gets the majority vote again - civil war. SR gets the majority vote - civil war.
The past can be put to one side now when it comes to this; most of the country is way too young to remember it and they're all pretty unhappy about what's going on. And if I were Vietnamese... I'd have left already. (Actually come to think about it, I'm not Vietnamese but I have left already... for somewhere else with a civil war brewing no less).
