Cambodian Man Arrested for Theft

A man was arrested at 7:00pm on May 27, 2016 along street 17, Preh Monivong blvd , village 9, Bengrang district, Phnom Penh, accused of stealing.

The perpetrator was Tang Dara, 38, living at Home 99 along railroad,village 2, SrakChok commune, Phnom Penh. The evidences that was confiscated were:

1. Motorcycle, black Honda Dream 120, plate number Bonteay Meanchey 1E-6171 with its machine number ND125ME-8277283.

2. A red wallet

3. a Cambodian Identity card, 010502909

4. a Motorcycle registration card

Now the perpetrator has been sent for questioning and is waiting for legal procedures.

The evidence doesn't seem to include the necklace.

I think that might be because the necklace stands among the accused, like chestnuts.

My father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament.
