Cambodian Journalist Hit by American Tourist on Motorbike in Phnom Penh

Phnom Penh: a Cambodian journalist/repoerter for Hang Meas Nou Sophana was crushed by a drunk American man on his motorbike at 12:30 am on February 02, on street 432/167, khan Chamkarmor, Phnom Penh.

Before the incident, the victim drove motorbike to get the news from car accident at the scene, unfortunately he was crushed by a drunk unidentified American who was driving past on a motorbike . The reporter broke his right hand and the American man had a swollen left eye.

The American man gave 10 USD to the reporter for damages, the victim has been taken to Kosamak hospital.

How do they know he's American if he's unidentified? That's bullshit. Did he pay the reporter to keep his name out of it?
