Chinas social credit system can make life difficult for the trouble makers. Does it not have some checks in place so they are not free to roam abroad? If not it makes perfect sense they will all end up elsewhere.

Little shit, lets hope he gets tortured.....probably won't, probably out in 6 yrs & ready to commit sickening acts again.
