This is the big question. Apparently the owner of the car is claiming that his son (who usually drives the car) was in a clinic at the time and blamed it on the (he claims) drunk burned-beyond-recognition girl in what appears to be the passenger seat (can anyone confirm this from the photos- I really don't want to see them again? ) He says she had borrowed the car ages before and drunkenly crashed it. Now the owner of the car whose son obviously had nothing to do with any of this is suing the (dead) victim. You couldn't make this shit up.

yes she is definitely sat firmly in the passenger seat, and thats where she was sat when she went up in flames, there was no way she would have been driving

So it wasn't possible that she was a driver. Why bf went to hospital too? Why the family went to see ,but they came back home with talking to Police?

the only way it possible is... if the passenger is not the girl whos boyfriends car it was, that girl could have been driving and her friend in the passenger seat, but the burnt body in the picture is definitely not the person who was driving, it would be impossible,
its quite strange how the body in the passenger seat shows no signs of struggling to get out the car, its as if he/she was just sat there and allowed themselves to burn, maybe they were unconscious, or couldnt remove their seat belt before the car was engulfed by flames, where are the other drivers/passengers? what happened to them? they escape? there are 2 burnt/smashed cars but only 1 body?

Take a look at the pic Jamie. There's no way the door could be opened due to the car being wedged up hard against the car on the right.
