Cambodia News (Mondulkiri Province): On February 1, 2022, in M'pay village, Pou Chrey commune, Pichreada district, 3 people were killed and two are missing after an attack on an indigenous Bunong family in Mondulkiri province. Local police are conducting a murder investigation.

A 12-year-old indigenous boy, Krak Sly, has survived and was rescued by the authorities, but sadly, there were 3 deceased victims of a family belonging to the Bunong tribe who were found at the scene: a 45-year-old man, Mot Krak, and two 15-year-old boys, Krak Ly and Noun Samarth. The missing victims were named as Nich Srey, a 41-year-old woman, and Krak Ny, a 5-year-old boy.

One of the murder victims, Mot Krak, was shot in the head from behind, and the other two deceased victims were brutally beaten on the head with hard objects. The survived 12-year-old boy was severely wounded.
The authorities are still investigating the incident, however, the motive for the attack on the indigenous family is suspected to be revenge of some sort.

I wonder what kind of witchcraft would be worse than killing 5 people including kids.

So superstitious nonsense and three adults plus three children are brutally executed, this is when the death sentence of other South-East Asian nations makes perfect sense?
