Likely many of the Tuk Tuk drivers in that street are also Police.

These raids are common in Phnom Penh. What makes this raid different is the owner is a Barang and also a bar in a high profile street

Could be some serious charges arising from the raid. Maybe be going to make an example of the owner as a warning to others.

What is the source of the numbers of underage girls found? If correct ( and l stand corrected) this owner is in very hot water!!!!
