British Woman RUBY WILKINS Arrested after Boyfriend Vandalizes Bridge in Kampot, Cambodia

Cambodia News (Kampot): On June 12, at 10 am, the Immigration Police Department arrested a 28-year-old British woman, RUBY PATRICIA WILKINS, after her boyfriend was caught on CCTV security cameras tagging the Kampot bridge and billboard in Kampot. She was charged with vandalizing city property and will be sent to court.

She can be seen on video waiting on her Chaly motorbike while the man she was with was doing the tagging. The video footage also shows locals painting over the bridge afterwards. No reports of the man being arrested yet and he hasn't been identified in the local media. He was tagging #SOREN2020. Ruby Patricia Wilkins was born on June 10, 1992 in Manchester, UK.

Wanton unimaginative vandalism, what is the point of it? I think there is a huge difference between quality often approved street art like in Penang which can improve a place visually., and this sort of brain dead garbage.

Why was the man not also arrested? Did he run away when police arrived and leave the woman to assume all consequences?

In such a case of senseless petty vandalism, first and foremost offender(s) should be ordered to fix the damage, preferably in the afternoon heat.

A getaway driver stupid enough to be caught on CCTV sure qualifies as an offender. But it would be interesting to know why the boyfriend has neither been named nor arrested.

How inadequate do you have to be to spray your shitty “tag” over and over again in the same location? Meanwhile, his dumb cunt of a girlfriend sits patiently on the Moto while he does it.
The name appears to be Norwegian (the O with a slash through it certainly is) shouldn’t be too hard to track him down, can’t exactly flee the country just now.
