Actually it's Laem Chabang. However, like Sihanoukville, it's currently a 'port of call' for Princess and you can't embark there.
There are no repositioning cruises on any cruise lines going to the U.S. from Thailand.

The cruise ships from the Holland America line stop in Sihanoukville, but can you embark there ? Call them and see.

I'm starting to feel bad for her leg, as this isn't the first time she's fucked it up while likely drunk as shit.
Jennifer Evans was apparently drunk on a train with her friends in 2015, and was so drunk she fell off the train and broke her leg. Damn.
And donations have slowed down, so I think it's highly unlikely she'll raise anything near £100,000.
And some more delicious images of her meaty leg, courtesy of her friend who is managing her GoFundMe campaign.

Wow, that's hardcore! Well, I sailed from the States to Europe, so it will be an adventure for you.Ronny wrote:General, while we're on the subject, what do I need to do to get Travel Insurance from here in Thailand? Here's my situation: For the past few years. I have been suffering from really bad panic attacks (God only knows why) and as of now, getting on a plane to fly 27 hours back home is out of the question. So what I did is contact an agent from a freighter company so that, if need be, I can travel back to the US by boat (freighter). Of course this isn't something that is generally done but if I go back to the US, I feel it's my only option. There is a freighter that leaves from a port in Malaysia and then goes over the Atlantic to New York. It's on the expensive side (about $5,000) and takes about 2 1/2 weeks and the agent only told me I will NEED Travel Insurance. Are there any cheap 1-way package deals? Do you know anything about this? Your advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Personally, if you're willing to drop $5,000 you get home, I'd just book a first-class/business ticket from somewhere in the region to anywhere in the States.
I think all the negative feelings from flying come from the shitty conditions in economy seats.

They often alert you to killer first-class deals, and maybe one will work out for you.
Shit, I'm having a panic attack just thinking of being on a cargo ship for 2 months.

The accident happened on May 11 (16 days ago). Are we to believe that she is still in a clinic on Koh Pha Ngan or Samui, with an unstitched leg?
Surely, she could have been transported to Bumrungrad in Bangkok and had it fixed for a fraction of the 100,000 pounds she's trying to raise.

Respect to the family for turning around and refunding the donations, and I'm glad this girl will get the treatment she needs.
