Re: British Drug Smuggler, Stephen Martin Hale, found dead at Happy House Guesthouse, Phnom Penh
Stephen Martin Hale BBC link to a story from April 2013 http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-northern-ireland-22075906
Google maps for Banbridge to show it is close to Lisburn, which is on his passport.
So the guys have history and given comments on FB about how they had no money in PP one can clearly see they were fine upstanding citizens and his death will be a great loss to society.

Ask your gf to translate this: ញៀនម៉លហ្វីន
Google translate will tell you it means 'addiction mall dolphin'. Your gf, and anyone else who can read Khmer, will tell you it means 'morphine'. Which, more than likely means heroin.
He took heroin and died. It's a pretty safe bet that he OD'd.

Thanks to you both for clarification. Sounds about right.IraHayes wrote:

And therefore, according to Jessy, beer prevents heart attacks. All good. Thanks Jessy. I feel better already.

Yes, it might seem surprising for anyone who has visited the coffee shops in Amsterdam etc and seen how openly it is sold. However it has never been legal to grow, although obviously this is often overlooked. The Netherlands has a huge amount of greenhouse vegetable production though so it's easy to get equipment and facilities for weed production. If you get caught, the sentences and more often fines are light, but all your equipment and plants will be confiscated, and for a largish operation this can run into a very large amount of capital lost.SinnSisamouth wrote:scotland is perfect for growing that stuff.John Bingham wrote:They brought it from Scotland to Northern Ireland, which are both UK. Another aspect about it is that Amsterdam is a giant hub of shipping and trade, but along with that prostitution and drugs. There are some very fucking nasty people involved in those businesses. Besides the gangsters from Surinam, Turkey and Morocco who have been there for ever you have all sorts of maniacs from everywhere else getting their piece of the action there.
You wanna meet my friend from Tirana? He's safe.

Re: British Drug Smuggler Martin Stephen Hale Dies of Heroin Overdose in Phnom Penh and Dean William McWilliams Hospital
Can anybody help me, I am a relative of Dean McWilliams, we have no way of contacting him, we have got in touch with the hospital who discharged him at 4am this morning after we explicitly told them not to do so until we got the chance to speak with him. He has no money, no phone, no passport. He was last seen at the happy house guest house collecting his and the deceaseds belongings, we don't know how he got there or where he is planning to go. Dean would have been a recreational drug user but we fear with what he has been taking over there it could be a different story now. Does anyone have any ideas how we can start to trace is whereabouts or start an appeal for him to contact home, he is no doubt too afraid to contact home thinking he is in trouble but all we want is his safe return home.
