Brit Philip Alan Revill Dies of Heart Attack, Sihanoukville
Sihanoukville, Cambodia: British National Philip Alan Revill from Grimsby, England has died from a sudden heart attack next to Maybe Later in this laid back beachside town were he has been living since at least October, 2014.
Primary report, there was a foreigner (Phil Revill) who fell down and died immediately in front of a guest house along the way to ochheuteal pier. He has been identified as 47 year old Philip Alan Revill from Grimsby, England (DOB 16/02/1968).
He was really tired after a long walk. When he was about to sit down, he fell over. It's believed that he had a heart attack. Police are now at the scene to check the dead body. This event took place on 25.06.2015.
According to his passport, the victim name Philip Alan Revill, British, 47 years old Brit from Grimsby. His death is being reported as a heart attack.

Looks like the incident happened in front of Family Bungalows, and he was also staying at Family Bungalows. Also seems Phil was a Cambodia expat, based on Facebook comments.

DAP News is reporting the cause of death as "unknown." Ironic, as they report almost everything a heart attack, yet when it's fairly obvious it is a heart attack it gets reported as "unknown."

actually think ive met this guy a few times, as he lives in the next town down from mine in england and bitter rivals at the football(soccer)
shame cant see his face to be sure or not
